Counties We Serve:
A valid ID is always needed. Notarizations are priced by the State of Florida statutes and include an affordable travel fee. Florida's standard per notarized signature fee is $10.00 for most services. Contact us for pricing.
Documents-Express notary agents are not attorneys. Therefore, we cannot provide legal advice. If you have any legal questions about your document, you must consult with an attorney or the party that issued the document.
The Covid-19 pandemic remains an evolving situation. Challenges for health and safety will persist. Our safety protocols demand our notary agents arrive masked and we ask that you wear a mask during your notarization.
Acknowledgments: Certifying that a signer personally appeared before the Notary, was positively identified and acknowledged signing the document (FS 117.04).
Certified Copies: A notary may make or supervise making a photocopy of a document that is not a vital or public record and attest to the trueness of the copy (FS 117.05[12]).
Inventorying a Safe-Deposit Box: Certifying the contents of a safe-deposit box opened by a financial institution due to non-payment of rental fees (FS 655.94).
Jurats: Certifying that the signer personally appeared before the notary, was positively identified, signed in the notary's presence, and took an oath or affirmation from the notary (FS 117.05).
Marriages: Florida notaries are authorized to solemnize marriages as long as the couple presents a valid marriage certificate (FS 117.045).
Oaths and Affirmations: These are solemn promises to a Supreme Being (oath) or solemn promises on one's own personal honor (affirmation) (FS 117.03).
Verifying a Vehicle Identification Number, or VIN, by physical inspection (FS 319.23).
